Put down a $1000 deposit to book a custom Volunteer Trip without having to pay in full in front! Full payment for each volunteer is due SIXTY DAYS prior to your trip start date. Deposit covers a $250 deposit for 4 volunteers. Deposit is non-refundable. If full payment is not received by the due date, you forfeit both your deposit and your reserved trip dates. Upon booking, you will be able to download our trip guide, which will need to be completed in full at least FORTY FIVE days prior to your trip start.

- Custom Volunteer Trips are only available on select weekends as listed
- Starting price per person is $1000 for our shared twin room and $1300 for our private queen and king rooms (private rooms can be shared by 2 people each)
- Minimum of 4 volunteers required to book a custom Volunteer Trip (maximum of 8 volunteers)
- Our fundraising options ARE available for custom trips (earn up to $500 cash back per volunteer)
- Once booked, our team will reach out to you to work on creating your perfect, customized itinerary. Itineraries will include a combination of volunteering with our partner animal rescues and excursions. Note that some excursions will have an additional cost.
- Flights, meals, and travel insurance are not included and will be additional costs. If needed, our team can arrange flights for your group for an additional fee.
- Custom Volunteer Trips CAN accommodate children over 10 as well as less active participants.

Custom Volunteer Trip Deposit
Cancel up to 60 days prior to your trip start date for a full refund minus a $200 non-refundable deposit. For cancellation between 60 days and your trip start date, please contact us for options - note that no refunds are guaranteed beyond this point.
